rude staff, noisy nights
the location is great and it's pet friendly with no extra charge.
the front desk staff was rude during my second stay and the walls were thin allowing for a lot of noise. I could hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around and loud TVs at night.

Room and bed SOOO comfortable after long day driving. easy on and off freeway and din't have to stop in Flagstaff. nice little pool and hot tub very nice, also excellent brewery/resturant right next door across parking lot, so didn't even have to drive! Would definitely stop there again. Really good quick breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, thanks to its prime location right in midtown. We were within easy walking distance or a quick metro ride from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Station, and other popular attractions. This made sightseeing and exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel was immaculately clean, with modern and tastefully decorated rooms. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed a clean and comfortable bed throughout our stay.
